Post #123 Emotional wheel and a study about it.

https://positivepsychology.com/emotion-wheel/

Can you guess how many emotions a human can experience?
It’s around 34,000.
With so many emotions, how can one navigate the turbulent waters of feelings, without getting lost?
The answer: an emotion wheel.
Through years of studying emotions, American psychologist Dr. Robert Plutchik proposed that there are eight primary emotions that serve as the foundation for all others: joy, sadness, acceptance, disgust, fear, anger, surprise and anticipation. (Pollack, 2016)
So while it’s hard to understand all 34,000 distinct emotions, we can learn how to identify the primary emotions and act accordingly. It’s especially useful for moments of intense feeling and when the mind cannot remain objective as it operates from an impulsive “fight or flight” response. (Watkins, 2014)
This is the very thing all religions are based upon.but its little difficult to understand for us fast paced modern humans to truly understand it's true impact.because it is based on a ideal way of brain wave mechanism according to the nature, its beings, magnetic fields around everything from small things, to trees, buildings,Rivers, planets etc. We modern humans are not that mindfully observing to understand it's its impact.we are moving fast to satisfy limits by systems in everything, from instutional systems, electronic system, disciplinal systems to everything hirearchial/non-hirearchial made human for a smooth way of thinking and resultant actions. That's why have to align our way of thinking at the end of the day, week or after some process using good thoughts, positivity, religion, spirituality, meditation etc.
